How does pricing work?+
A one-time registration fee licenses your school and includes your first month. After that you pay a simple monthly fee for your plan — in Naira, by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. You can pay monthly, a term (4 months) at a time, or a whole year for the price of 10 months.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every new school gets a 1-month free trial, with every feature of the plan it chooses and no card needed. Nothing is deleted when it ends: pay the registration to keep going.
We already use Excel or another software. Is moving hard?+
No. Upload the files you already have — pupils, parents, staff, fee balances and past results — and Termbell matches the columns for you, shows you a preview, and lets you undo an import for 24 hours.
Does it work when the network is bad?+
Yes. Teachers can take the register and enter scores with no connection; everything saves on the phone and syncs by itself when the network returns.
Do parents need to install an app?+
No. The parent portal works in any browser, and parents can add it to their home screen like an app. Messages come by free notification, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Where does fee money go?+
Straight into your school's own bank account. Online payments are settled by Paystack directly to you — Termbell never holds your school fees.
Is our school's data private?+
Yes. Every school has its own private workspace; no other school can see your pupils, results or finances. Sensitive records are encrypted, and even our support team can only enter your school with a code you give them.
Do you support universities and polytechnics?+
Termbell is built for nursery, primary and secondary schools today. Faculties, departments, programmes and semester results for tertiary institutions are coming soon — sign up now and we'll move you over when it's ready.
Can we switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately (you only pay the difference for time already paid) and downgrades start at your next renewal. Nothing is ever deleted if a payment is late.
