Owner account recovery

For the platform owner when the reset email can't reach you. In Railway → TechSchool → Variables, add OWNER_RECOVERY_CODE (any secret of 12+ characters) and deploy. Then enter it here with your email and a new password. Remove the variable afterwards.

At least 8 characters, with a capital letter and a number.
